This is a Nice clean unit for the hours and year. There no major hydraulic leaks, the engine run strong has had good Service & maintenance. The cab is in good shape for the year, the front glass does have crack in it, but does not Effect the view. The undercarriage is about 50%-60%. There no major rust on the unit, paint is in good shape, no major Sheet metal damage. AC/ Heat, just put new seal in curling boom cylinder.
